Refund Policy
We're confident you'll love The Quietly Overwhelmed Products & Services. We offer full refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Refunds are available if:
- Requested within 48 hours of delivery to your email, OR
- You can confirm you have not opened, accessed, or downloaded the workbook and are willing to provide that confirmation
Once Access is Confirmed
Once you have opened, downloaded, or accessed the workbook content in any way, refunds are no longer available. The workbook is a digital product, and accessing the content constitutes acceptance of the purchase.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Request submission: Email info@thequietlyoverwhelmed.com with your order confirmation and reason for your refund request
- Processing time: Up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) for us to process and approve your refund
- Bank crediting: Once processed, your bank may take a further 5 working days to credit the funds back to your account
- Total time: Up to 20 working days from initial request
Please allow for potential delays during weekends and bank holidays, as these fall outside the working day count. Your bank's processing time is outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@thequietlyoverwhelmed.com with the following information:
- Your order confirmation or receipt
- The email address used for your purchase
- Your reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 2 working days to confirm whether your refund is eligible.
What Qualifies as "Access"
Access includes, but is not limited to: opening the email attachment, downloading any file, viewing any page of the workbook, or reading any content within it. If you have accessed the workbook in any way, the refund period has ended.
